Two-way WooCommerce and Bitrix24 sync that survives real catalogues

Connectors look simple until variations, tax and duplicate customers arrive. What we built instead of paying per store.

4 September 2026

A licensed connector between WooCommerce and Bitrix24 cost money for every store and still broke on products with sizes, sides and strap options.

Queue everything

Every sync job goes into a queue with retries, so a CRM outage never blocks a customer at checkout. Each order is sent with its own origin ID, so a retry updates the deal instead of creating a second one.

Make the CRM the catalogue

Products and their offers live in Bitrix24. The store pulls them in and builds its variations from the offer codes, guarding against two offers that claim the same combination.

Carry the money correctly

Deal lines carry tax per line and shipping as its own row, so the deal total in the CRM matches the order exactly.
