Most integrations between a web platform and an ERP fail quietly. The ERP recalculates prices or tax with slightly different rules, totals drift by a rupee, and finance stops trusting either system.
Pick the legal record
We make the web platform’s invoice the legal document. ERPNext receives it with taxes passed as fixed amounts, checks that the grand total matches, and refuses anything that doesn’t. It never recomputes.
Make every call safe to repeat
Each invoice, payment and cash deposit goes into an outbox keyed by its own number. A worker drains the outbox with retries; sending the same item twice updates rather than duplicates it. Every request carries a contract version, so an ERP that hasn’t been upgraded refuses cleanly instead of half-applying a change.
Then reconcile the money
A separate reconciliation app matches gateway settlements to the bank by UTR and raises an exception for anything captured at the gateway but missing from the books.
