Problem
Jewellery prices move with gold every day. The website and the showroom ran on separate stock, and finance re-keyed every sale.
Approach
Price every variant from one engine, run web and counter on one inventory, and make ERPNext the finance mirror. The web invoice is the legal record; ERPNext mirrors it without recomputing.

- Design-and-variant catalogue priced from metal, purity, wastage, making charges and stones
- Configurable storefront with self-hosted search and a database fallback
- Tablet point of sale collecting UPI by dynamic QR and payment link
- One inventory service with checkout reservations
- Versioned, idempotent outbox syncing invoices and payments to ERPNext
- Razorpay settlements matched to the bank by UTR
