Problem

Clinics ordered custom braces by guessing product codes and emailing scans, so errors surfaced on the factory floor.

Approach

One guided order pattern for every device. The server decides the product, and ERPNext carries the order from payment to invoice, with standard ERPNext untouched underneath.

Order wizards for patient, measurements, scans, summary and payment
Product codes derived from age and measurements, confirmed on the server
A LeoShape 3D design session opened per order, per product
Custom ERPNext app with order and manufacturing DocTypes, APIs and pricing
GST e-invoicing, including export and multi-currency orders
Separate UAT and production environments
